Jeffrey Gitomer's Little Green Book of Getting Your Way

Started reading this book during the week on how to speak, write, present, persuade, influence and sell your point of view to others. I have read the first three chapters and Jeffrey talks a lot of sense so far.
1. Believe in yourself
2. Be clear with the message you are trying to get across
3. It is essential that not only are you clear in what message you are trying to sell but the customer trusts you and feels comfortable with you also because of your reputaion and previous history of selling sucessful solutions to others.

I like Jeffrey Gitomer because he is straight to the point on selling techniques. One of his famous quotes is "If no one responds to your ad, it's maybe because your as sucks!"
