If you get mentioned in a newspaper article in a reputable newspaper are you now recognised? This blog was mentioned by in an article by Sandra O'Connell in the Small Business Section of the Sunday Times. I spoke to Sandra and she said it was hard to find Business blogs. There are lots of personal blogs, but no real business blogs.
I have noticed that Irish businesses do not use blogs. They are useful to promote yourself, as search engines like Google find you for their search engine. You can also communicate with millions more people. Your field or business may be tiny in Ireland, but on a global scale there are a large number of people out there who may need your skills.
At least look at how blogging could help your business, even if once a week or a month you publish something relevant and short. Your now one up on your competitor and customers may find you.
